What these cover
These terms cover this website, endpaperlabs.com, and nothing else. This site is a shelf: it describes who we are and what we make. It sells nothing, hosts no accounts, and processes no payments.
If you are looking for the terms that govern a subscription you bought, a trial you started, or an account you hold, those live with the product. They are the operative agreement for anything you have paid for.

Using this site
You may read it, link to it, and quote it with attribution. Please do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people, attempt to break or probe it, or present its contents as your own.
What belongs to whom
The design, text, marbled artwork and bookplate of this site belong to Endpaper Labs LLC. Product names, logos and artwork belong to their respective volumes and are used here to identify them. Third-party marks, including the App Store and Google Play badges, belong to their owners and appear under their own brand guidelines.
Apple and the Apple logo are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions. App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.
No warranty on this site
This site is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be either. Prices, availability and product descriptions shown here are informational and can go out of date; the product's own site and the app stores are authoritative. We may change, move or remove pages without notice.
Nothing here limits any rights you have under the terms of a product you have actually purchased, or under consumer law that applies to you regardless of what a website says.
Links out
This site links to our own products and to the App Store and Google Play. We do not control the stores, and your purchases there are between you and Apple or Google under their terms, including refunds, which they handle rather than us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
Changes
If these terms change materially we will change the date at the top.
